New-build roofing defect repair

Owners of a recently built home in Weybridge noticed damp patches caused by poorly fitted battens and incorrectly lapped membrane left by the original contractor. We opened up the affected areas, re-laid the timber battens to correct gauge, corrected the underlay and re-set the tiles. The defect was put right properly and backed by a My Local Roofer workmanship warranty, with no deposit required.
